iKidney Sold For iPad2.

Seems like an even trade to me...

I guess if you want something bad enough you'll do anything to get it. And in the case of 17-year old Huaishan, Anhui Province Chinese student "Zheng", he'll give up a kidney to get what he wants.
And what did he want so bad? An iPad2. Zheng contacted a kidney-selling agent on the internet and was paid just over 20,000 yuan (a little over $3k) for one of his kidneys. With the money, Zheng purchased a laptop and iPhone. (I think they meant to type iPad)

Now the police are getting involved after the mother noticed her son coming home with new electronics. The hospital where Zheng had the surgery is denying they ever did it, especially since they aren't qualified for such a surgery to begin with.

Are you actually that desperate for a product that you'd be willing to give up a kidney? What's next, this kid gonna chop his dick off when he wants a car? Course I'm pretty sure there will be an app for that when does decide to give up more body parts.

Gonna suck for Zheng when his girlfriend wants an engagement ring. Better not get used to that arm and leg, kid. Or...oh, I don't know...go get a fucking job.
